Private training can be booked as either 30 or 60 minute sessions to focus on speed, strength, general fitness, & more!
Our group programs include the 10U Youth Development Program, 12U Youth Development Program, & Team IFS.
Our unique Performance Coaching option bridges the gap between personal & group options.
Every client begins with a movement assessment leading to a custom program that is coached by our Performance Coaching Staff.
As far as booking sessions, athletes reserve their times based on their schedule allowing for a flexible training solution.
College Student: $89/month
Police, Fire, Military, Education: $89/month
Contracts are open-ended & can be cancelled at any time.
