PRIVATE SPEED/POWER LESSONS
These private 30-60 minute sessions are designed to assist athletes with everything from run mechanics to change of direction & power. Sessions can be shared with up to 4 athletes.
YOUTH DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
Our Youth Development Program is comprised of 2 different sections: 10u & 12u. Our 10u series teaches the basics of movement in a safe & fun atmosphere while our 12u series works on mastering multiple levels of movement including speed, agility, power, strength, & fatigue resistance.
Our team training programming is custom designed to the goals of each program. Team sessions are led by Coach Kyle Clifford to target everything from strength & conditioning to speed, power, & injury mitigation. Contact us today to get your team set up!
