"The training that Ella does with Impact has given her the foundation she needs to succeed and compete in cross country without injuries. The staff are all great role models and provide a positive environment for training. They are always available to give guidance on her program and provide a workout specific to her needs as a runner. We highly recommend this gym for any student athlete."

"My daughter Courtney has been working at IFS Softball with Coach Alexis on her hitting since early spring 2018. Alexis’s detail, drive, and love of the game of softball has taken my daughter to a new level at the plate. This past summer she led her team in hits while playing a rigorous schedule that consisted of over 65 games. Coach Alexis focuses on all aspects of hitting and has instilled an attitude in Courtney and all athletes that come to IFS Softball that there’s no goal you can’t reach if you put your mind to it! "

"IFS Youth Programs are a great opportunity for kids. My son has participated in a few of these program and has really enjoyed them. The format allows for kids to get individualized attention in a small group setting. IFS Youth Programs teach kids how to properly exercise. This is so valuable for kids as they pursue different sports. Most importantly these youth programs show kids that exercise can be fun."

"My son Gavin plays volleyball for Eden high school and for the Niagara Frontier club. He had a dream of helping his teams succeed and to eventually play in college. He really wanted to get stronger to help elevate his level of play. He also knew that college scouts would be watching him and he needed to show his vertical and that he could be strong at the net.
Gavin is quiet and was nervous about joining a gym. However, right from his first workout at IFS the trainers made him feel comfortable. They wanted to know his goals and worked to help him accomplish them. I noticed that they always greeted him by name whenever he walked in the gym. They pushed him and really helped him to do the exercises the right way so he could get the maximum benefit. Gavin met with the nutritionist to help him know how to get healthy calories in his diet. Gavin was the setter for his high school team and they went to States two years in a row. He was recruited and will play DII volleyball next year for Daemen College. He played for the last year with noticeably increased strength and injury free thanks to Impact Fitness Systems."
