Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations:
Cancellations must be completed in within the appropriate time windows. Any cancellations after those windows have expired will count toward the session package.
Basketball & Softball Lessons: 8 hours
Personal Training: 4 hours
Refunds:
Please note that purchases are non-refundable with the exception of injury or relocation. In the event of cancellation by IFS staff, the client account will be credited in the amount purchased.
